Shamanic healing works on a holistic level. It looks at the physical, mental, emotional and energetic component of every challenge that you face.
For every mental trauma or wound, there is a physical component and vice versa.
A Shaman taps into the energy current that is in your body and accesses the information that tells it where there are obstacles, challenges or wounds that have not yet been released.
We can work through a session a few different ways; You can ask me as your Shaman to scan your body, your mental body, your emotional body and come up with a list of what is presenting itself as a priority to work on, or you can provide me with a list that you'd like me to focus on.
You are more than welcome to ask questions throughout the session and to interrupt the session at any moment if something occurs to you during a session that you would like to focus on.
During the session, there will be a lot of information given to you and you will see how everything connects one thing to another giving you a complete wholeness connecting your mind, your emotions and your body in harmony.

All sessions are hosted via phone or WhatsApp call from the comfort of your own home, or any preferred space where you feel comfortable.

I require a 24-HOUR notice of cancellation. Appointments missed without 24 hour cancellation may be subject to a session fee.

Each session is 1 hour long.

I run by donation with a minimum donation of $150 per session.
Industry standards fees start at $250 and range up to $500 per session.

Give yourself a quiet relaxed space to have your session, free of interruptions.
Make a list of things you'd like to focus on if you have specific things you'd like addressed.

I work with people globally. You do not need to be in the same room or in the same time zone for a session to be effective.

Yes. Your session is held with strict confidentiality however you are welcome to record your session.
I am not responsible for holding the confidentiality of a recording you have of your session.

Each person is different. Your sessions are structured to you as an individual, therefore the regularity of a session is specific to your journey.
At the start of working in personal health and empowerment, you have more frequent sessions (average being every 2 - 4 weeks) however the goal for every person is that you have less need for sessions and you then only have a session once or twice a year.
